Grow UNTAMED builds local food access infrastructure by connecting farmers and producers with kitchens, packaging partners, distribution operators, retail staging points, technology systems, and customers who need better food near where they already live, work, shop, and travel.

How the work began

The work began under GoGoGrocery101 with a practical question: how can healthier food reach communities where normal food access has become weak, inconvenient, or too expensive? That question naturally led to the issue often described as food desert creation: places where customers may have nearby retail activity, but still lack consistent access to fresh, healthy, affordable food.

Why farmers became central

As the model developed, another connected issue became clear. Independent farmers and local producers need more direct, predictable customer demand. Many already produce value, but the path from farm output to everyday consumer access is often fragmented. Grow UNTAMED was shaped around merging those needs: direct demand for farmers and better food access for customers.

Why Grow UNTAMED exists

Grow UNTAMED is the operating model that came from combining those two problems into one solution. The goal is not only to sell food. The goal is to build a repeatable local value chain where farmers, kitchens, retail locations, delivery operators, service providers, and customers all have a reason to participate.
