- The kitchen or pickup point scans or enters the code before handing over food.

Credits help us keep pricing simple, plan kitchen prep responsibly, and avoid preparing food that nobody picks up.
What is a meal credit?
A meal credit is prepaid value for one Grow UNTAMED core meal. You choose how many credits you want at $3.99 each. A meal is one Grow UNTAMED chicken, rice + beans, or rice + soup box. A credit is used only when a meal is picked up or confirmed for prep.
Why do you ask for usual days and pickup times?
Your rhythm helps the kitchen prepare the right amount of food, reduce waste, and keep core meals at $3.99. It does not lock you into one rigid day. It helps us plan where and when food should be available.
What happens if I skip a pickup?
If food has not been confirmed for prep, the credit remains in your wallet. If food was already prepared and staged for your confirmed pickup window, the missed pickup may count as used because the kitchen made it available for you.
Can I use several credits on the same day?
Yes, when inventory and prep capacity are available. Larger redemptions, group orders, or party orders may need advance confirmation so the kitchen can prepare enough food without affecting other customers.
How long do unused credits last?
Standard paid meal credits are planned to remain usable for 30 days from purchase. Campaign credits may have different terms shown on the offer page, such as America250 campaign validity.
Can unused credits be refunded?
Unused paid credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if they have not been used or confirmed for kitchen prep. After that period, credits remain usable during their validity window. Refunds may still be reviewed for duplicate charges, missed fulfillment, wrong items, or verified quality and food safety issues reported promptly.
How do pickup confirmations work?
At participating kitchens or pickup points, scanning the location QR can generate a pickup barcode or short code. The store scans or enters that code to release the food. Once released, the meal credit is deducted and Grow UNTAMED, the kitchen, and your account receive the pickup update.
