Consent to communications

By providing a mobile or wireless phone number to Grow UNTAMED, you authorize us and our service providers to contact you by call, text message, or similar mobile communication regarding your inquiry, form submission, vendor qualification, partner interest, community request, appointment scheduling, onboarding, operational updates, or related services.

Types of messages

  • Form confirmation and follow-up messages.
  • Vendor qualification, interview, onboarding, or review updates.
  • Partner, retail, farmer, kitchen, distribution, operator, or community access coordination.
  • Appointment reminders, document requests, route or deployment coordination, and service notices.
  • Optional informational or promotional messages, where permitted and consented to.

Autodialed or automated messages

Messages may be sent using automated technology, depending on the communication system in use. Consent to receive automated calls or texts is not required as a condition of purchasing goods, receiving services, submitting an inquiry, or participating in any program where consent is not legally required.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request, form activity, application status, operating role, deployment activity, or service relationship. We seek to keep communications practical and relevant.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Grow UNTAMED is not responsible for carrier charges, delayed messages, blocked messages, or carrier network issues.

Opt out

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP to a text message when that option is available, or by contacting us and asking to be removed from text communications. After opting out, you may still receive non-marketing communications where permitted by law, such as responses to direct requests or legally required notices.

Help

If HELP instructions are available in a text message, reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us through the website contact page for communication support.

Accuracy of phone numbers

You confirm that any phone number you provide is accurate and that you are the subscriber, account holder, or customary user of that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before the number is transferred.

Carrier responsibility

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier, device, network, location, and communication provider.

Privacy

Information collected through wireless communications is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information obtained through mobile communications.
